The Mogadishu Bloodbath – 80 Ugandan Soldiers Killed
Mogadishu
(29/10/2011) – Progressing on from the Dayniile massacre of the
Burundian forces to the heart of Mogadishu, the Mujahideen have today
stormed an AMISOM compound, killing 80 Ugandan soldiers.
In
a fierce battle that lasted over two hours, the Mujahideen have yet
again dealt another fatal blow to the African Crusaders. Two martyrdom
seekers infiltrated the AMISOM compound - the former metal factory -
situated along the Industrial Road, near Mogadishu Stadium, and where
divisions of the Ugandan soldiers and TFG militia were based,
successfully killing the commander as he addressed the Ugandan
forces along with several other soldiers.
Then
units from the elite forces of the Mujahideen, deployed there before
the operation began, immediately launched a daring raid on the compound,
quickly securing the main entrances of the 1km-square military complex.
With the access routes to the base cut off by other units of the
Mujahideen, the Ugandan forces and TFG militia trapped inside the
compound were soon massacred and all military arsenal and ammunitions
seized. Some of the Ugandan soldiers who managed to escape the compound
were later pursued and killed.
The
AMISOM forces habitually hide their losses, but the constant raids on
their compounds and the significantly high number of casualties have
lifted the veil of secrecy and stand as a true testament to the
effectiveness of the Mujahideen’s military strategy. Operations such as
these will
continue to highlight the weakness of the AU forces and their inability
to secure the capital.
Harakat
Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen has pledged to protect the religion of Islaam
from the aggressive Christian Crusade that threatens to obliterate it
and will sacrifice everything in the attainment of a global Islamic
Caliphate where the laws of Allah are established along the pure,
unadulterated, methodology of Prophet Muhammad, May Allah’s peace and
blessing be upon him.
